We, the concerned homeowners of properties lying east of Daly Ave, have become aware of potential high-density subdivisions being proposed in the area of Kurtz Lane and Big Corral Road between Marcus/Eastside Hwy and Golf Course Road which we feel may have a negative impact on existing county park lands, already inadequate road conditions, property values and general quality of life. We are committed to hold the County &/or City accountable for any and all improvements associated with potential developments to retain quality of life and safety for all citizens.
